Synopsis:

Providing that, in Prince George's County, a commissioner of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) may be removed by a resolution of a majority of the members of the County Council under specified circumstances; requiring the WSSC to provide an orientation program for a new commissioner of the WSSC; establishing the duties of the commissioners; establishing that the general manager is the chief executive officer of the WSSC; establishing duties of the general manager; etc.
