Altering the time period within which collective bargaining shall conclude between the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC) and the certified employee organization; specifying the date and circumstances under which the parties shall jointly appoint an arbitrator; altering the circumstances to notify the arbitrator regarding an impasse; and generally relating to collective bargaining between MNCPPC and the exclusive representative for park police officers.
