Synopsis:

Prohibiting a provider of nonemergency helicopter transportation from billing or seeking reimbursement from an insured for an amount in excess of the amount paid by the insurer, nonprofit health service plan, or health maintenance organization regardless of whether the provider is under contract with the insurer, nonprofit health service plan, or health maintenance organization.
