Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $750,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Trustees of Carroll Hospice, Inc. for the construction and capital equipping of an inpatient facility for end-of-life patients, a bereavement and life care center, a chapel, and a memorial garden, located at the corner of Washington Road and Stoner Avenue in Westminster; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
