Synopsis:

Authorizing the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County to enter into specified development agreements to develop housing in which a specified minimum percentage of the units are initially occupied by specified individuals; authorizing the Commission to contract to furnish services, consultation, advice, and assistance to other housing authorities or other persons in or outside of the State to assist in developing, managing, renovating, or constructing specified housing.
