Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $762,300, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of St. Mary's Hospital of St. Mary's County, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, expansion, repair, construction, and capital equipping of the behavioral health and medical/surgical units at St. Mary's Hospital of St. Mary's County located in Leonardtown; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
