Courts - Jury Trials in Civil Actions - Amount in Controversy


Synopsis:

Providing that a party may not demand a jury trial in a civil action if the amount in controversy does not exceed $10,000; and making the Act contingent on the passage and ratification of a specified Constitutional Amendment.
