State Employees' and Teachers' Retirement Enhancement Benefit Act of 2006

Synopsis:

Altering the formula used to calculate the normal service retirement allowances for individuals who are members of the Employees' Pension System or the Teachers' Pension System on or after June 30, 2006; providing for an alternate contributory pension selection for individuals who are members of the Employees' Pension System or the Teachers' Pension System on or after July 1, 2006; etc.
