Synopsis:

Requiring a clerk of a court to establish specified reporting procedures; expanding the requirements for driving commercial motor vehicles; applying specified sanctions to a holder of a commercial driver's license under specified circumstances; establishing specified disqualifying offenses for commercial drivers; establishing a defense for a specified violation; authorizing specified persons to receive information in a specified driving record; expanding and clarifying specified definitions; etc.
