Synopsis:

Allowing specified former members of the State Police Retirement System to receive a special disability retirement benefit; requiring specified former members of the State Police Retirement System to repay their member contributions to the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System on or before December 31, 2005; and requiring specified former members of the State Police Retirement System to complete forms by December 31, 2005.
