Entitled:
Vehicle Laws - Minor Holding Provisional Driver's License - Prohibition Against Minors as Passengers

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the holder of a provisional driver's license who is a minor from transporting individuals under the age of 18 years except under specified circumstances; requiring the prohibition to be in effect for a specified time period; exempting specified passengers from the provisions of the Act; authorizing a police officer to enforce the provisions of the Act only as a secondary violation; etc.
