Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Fund - Priority Preservation Areas - New Funding Sources

Synopsis:

Altering the composition of the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Fund; restricting the use of specified moneys in the Fund to specified purposes; requiring counties to include a priority preservation areas element in the county's comprehensive plan; establishing a program for certification of a county's priority preservation areas; imposing a State property tax surcharge on specified real property in the State; etc.
