Synopsis:

Abolishing the Maryland Winery and Grape Growers' Advisory Board and creating the Governor's Advisory Commission on Maryland Wine and Grape Growing; authorizing specified license issuing authorities to issue Class A (off-sale) light wine licenses in a county; authorizing the boards of license commissioners in specified counties to allow wine tasting events to be held on an unlimited number of days under specified circumstances; etc.
