Consumer Protection - Unauthorized Computer Software Prevention Act

Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified persons from, with actual knowledge, with conscious avoidance of actual knowledge, or willfully causing computer software that modifies specified Internet settings, collects specified personally identifying information, prevents an authorized user from blocking the installation of specified software, or prevents an authorized user from disabling specified software to be copied onto a consumer's computer under specified circumstances; etc.
