Synopsis:

Repealing a requirement that specific language be included in specified surety bonds given by the Treasurer and any Deputy Treasurer of the St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission; and requiring that specified surety bonds given by the Treasurer and any Deputy Treasurer of the St. Mary's County Metropolitan Commission contain a specified provision in a form approved by the Maryland Insurance Administration and the County Attorney for St. Mary's County.
