Income Tax - Subtraction Modification for Contributions to Health Savings Account


Synopsis:

Allowing a subtraction modification under the Maryland individual and corporate income tax in an amount equal to 40% of the amount contributed by an employer for the taxable year to an employee health savings account under specified circumstances; and providing for the application of the Act to tax years beginning after December 31, 2004.
