Vehicle Laws - Vehicle Registration Plates for Civic or Nonprofit Organizations Promoting Maryland

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to develop, produce, and issue for specified vehicles special registration plates; authorizing civic or nonprofit organizations to apply to the Administration for the development of special registration plates; requiring the Administration to require civic or nonprofit organizations to post a bond of a specified amount before developing special registration plates; providing for the forfeiture and cancellation of the bond required by the Act under specified circumstances; etc.
