Juvenile Causes - Hearing on Petition to Authorize Continued Detention and Shelter Care - Limitation

Synopsis:

Limiting to 5 days the period in which a court may extend the date of a hearing on a petition to authorize detention, community detention, or shelter care for a specified child filed by an intake officer or specified official; and providing for the application of the Act.
