Motor Vehicles - Low Speed Vehicles - Standards and Restrictions

Synopsis:

Clarifying that the Motor Vehicle Administration may issue certificates of title for, and register, electric low speed vehicles; prohibiting a person from driving a low speed vehicle on specified roadways; providing for the classification of low speed vehicles and establishing an annual registration fee; requiring a specified application to be submitted electronically; etc.
