Entitled:
Anne Arundel County - Public School Employees - Service or Representation Fee

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Anne Arundel County Board of Education to negotiate with specified employee organizations a reasonable service or representation fee to be charged to nonmembers for representing them in specified matters; requiring a specified employee organization to indemnify and hold harmless the Board against specified claims, demands, suits, or other forms of liability; and making the Act applicable only to employees hired on or after October 1, 2004.
