Synopsis:

Requiring a prosecution for a misdemeanor offense under the Health Occupations Article to be instituted within 3 years after the offense was committed; authorizing the chairmen and presidents of various health occupations boards to delegate the authority to conduct a hearing to a committee consisting of three or more board members; requiring this committee to hold an evidentiary hearing and prepare a recommended decision; requiring this committee to give each party notice of the opportunity to file exceptions; etc.
