Synopsis:

Changing the method of setting the annual salary of a circuit court clerk; providing that the annual salary is equal to 85% of the salary of a circuit court judge in effect on July 1 of the year of the election of the clerk; and providing that the Act does not apply to the salary or compensation of an incumbent clerk.
