Synopsis:

Allowing police officers on the Maryland Transit Administration Police Force to become members of the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System; providing for the deposit of employer contributions for these members of the Mass Transit Police Force into the Accumulation Fund of the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System; providing for these members of the Mass Transit Police Force to transfer service credit into the Law Enforcement Officers' Pension System; etc.
