Abolishing the Office of Smart Growth and transferring the authority to the Department of Planning; authorizing the Department to undertake specified responsibilities and to advise the Governor on specified matters; requiring the Department to provide specified reports; transferring the Smart Growth Subcabinet to the Department of Planning; providing that the Secretary shall be the chair of the Subcabinet; etc.
