Higher Education - In-State Tuition for United States Military Personnel and Dependents Act

Synopsis:

Establishing by statute that specified military personnel, dependents of military personnel, and veterans are exempt from paying nonresident tuition at specified public institutions of higher education under specified circumstances; and requiring the Maryland Higher Education Commission to adopt specified regulations.
