Death Penalty - Aggravating Circumstances - Murder in Retaliation for Testimony or with Intent to Prevent Testimony

Synopsis:

Adding the murder of a person or member of a person's immediate family in retaliation for testifying or with the intent to prevent the person from testifying in specified proceedings to the list of aggravating circumstances to be considered when determining whether a defendant who is found guilty of murder in the first degree shall be sentenced to death.
