Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $535,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of Greater Baltimore Medical Center Health Care, Inc. for the planning, design, renovation, expansion, merger, repair, construction, and capital equipping of the Hyperbaric Center and Wound Care Center, located in Baltimore; providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund; etc.
