Health Insurance - Standing Referrals to Specialists - Treatment Plans

Synopsis:

Requiring a specified treatment plan to provide for an initial referral that allows a member at least five visits to a specialist without having to obtain an additional referral from the member's primary care provider; and providing that the Act does not apply to certain services.
