Respiratory Care Professional Standards Committee - Sunset Extension and Program Evaluation


Synopsis:

Continuing the Respiratory Care Professional Standards Committee in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland Program Evaluation Act (Sunset Law) by extending to July 1, 2013 the termination provisions relating to the statutory and regulatory authority of the Committee; and requiring that an evaluation of the Committee and the statutes and regulations that relate to the Committee be performed on or before July 1, 2012.
