Synopsis:

Providing additional penalties for failure to yield the right-of-way to another vehicle if the violation contributes to an accident resulting in bodily injury to or the death of another person; requiring that fines imposed under the Act concerning a violation in which the vehicle is a motorcycle be used to fund the Motorcycle Safety Program; etc.
