Requiring the State Department of Assessments and Taxation to submit an annual Unified Property Tax Reduction and Abatement Report on or before December 31 of each year; requiring the Department of Economic Development to submit an annual Unified Economic Development Budget Report on or before December 31 of each year; specifying the contents of the reports; etc.
