Health Occupations - Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapists - Reciprocity


Synopsis:

Requiring the Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists to grant a license to an applicant for a license to practice clinical marriage and family therapy if the applicant is a State resident, is licensed or certified as a marriage and family therapist in another state whose requirements are equivalent to or exceed the requirements of this State, submits an application to the Board, and pays the application fee set by the Board; requiring the Board to adopt regulations; etc.
