Synopsis:

Authorizing the Board of County Commissioners for Calvert County, by ordinance, to establish an Economic Development Incentive Fund, establish guidelines for the administration of the Fund, administer the Fund, and authorize the Calvert County Department of Finance to manage the money used by the Fund, subject to the approval of the Board; requiring a Fund established under the Act to offer direct loans and grants of money; etc.
