Synopsis:

Requiring carriers that own or contract with managed behavioral health care organizations to include information on behavioral health care providers in lists of providers on the carrier's provider panel; requiring a carrier that contracts with a managed behavioral health care organization to require that organization to provide a report on direct behavioral health care expenses that the carrier is required to make publicly available; etc.
