Entitled:
Motor Carrier Safety Regulations - Applicability of Medical and Certification Requirements


Synopsis:

Repealing a provision prohibiting the Motor Vehicle Administration from applying specified federal medical examination and certification requirements to a driver who operates specified vehicles; and altering a provision prohibiting the Administration from applying specified federal medical examination and certification requirements to specified intrastate drivers to make the prohibition applicable only before October 1, 2023 and to persons who meet specified requirements.
