Maryland Economic Development Corporation - Bond Issuance - Requirements

Synopsis:

Requiring the Maryland Economic Development Corporation to publish a specified notice in a specified manner before issuing a bond or making a loan for a proposed project; authorizing a person to file a specified statement of material adverse economic impact with the Secretary of Business and Economic Development; requiring the Secretary to determine if a specified material adverse economic impact statement is supported by substantial evidence; etc.
