Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $500,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the County Executive of Anne Arundel County for grading, construction of an entrance road, installation of underground utilities, and landscaping at a site on Crain Highway in Glen Burnie for joint use of the county and as a training facility for Special Olympics; and providing for disbursement of the loan proceeds, subject to a requirement that the grantee provide and expend a matching fund.
