Synopsis:

Prohibiting nonresidents from training dogs in this State except during specified times; altering the requirements relating to running or training dogs to include specified persons; and altering the requirement that an attendant may carry only certain firearms and may not permit a dog to kill any game birds except during specified times, to include specified persons.
