Synopsis:

Requiring the licensure as a tattoo artist by the State Board of Cosmetologists of any individual who provides tattoo artist services; requiring the licensure as a body piercing artist by the State Board of Cosmetology of any individual who provides body piercing artist services; providing for the issuance, terms, expiration, and renewal of a license; authorizing the State Board of Cosmetologists to deny, revoke, suspend, reprimand, or reinstate a license; etc.
